Who we are: 2020 Homes is a family owned DESIGN-BUILD FIRM serving the Pensacola area since 2013. The Inception of 2020 Homes: Jeff & Shannon set out to create a legacy rooted in faith and family, while keeping craftsmanship and design top of mind. FAMILY: Hannah was raised in this business and officially joined her dad after graduating from The University of West Florida. She has a natural eye, an easy style, and a cool and creative POV. Together again: Jeff & Justin worked side by side for years as VP of Construction and Division Manager for a large local homebuilder. In 2025, they came back together to grow the 2020 Homes vision. More Family: Sarah, Justin's wife and business partner, also joined the team in 2025. It started with a new website, and she never left. She has a passion for helping clients with every detail from plan layout through final styling.

    FOUNDER & CEO

    With four decades of construction experience, Jeff founded 2020 Homes in 2013 with a vision rooted in craftsmanship and integrity. A U.S. Navy veteran, he brings discipline and leadership to every project, with a heart for custom touches that make each home as unique as the family living in it.

    Shannon Michaud

    CO-FOUNDER

    Shannon brings a strong entrepreneurial background to 2020 Homes, having co-owned and operated a successful salon while managing a large team. With an intuitive understanding of design, she gravitates toward classic, timeless, and functional spaces, drawing inspiration from relaxed Palm Beach–inspired style.

    Justin Davis

    OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

    With a career in construction dating back to 2001, Justin oversees day-to-day operations, estimating, and systems that keep projects running efficiently. His technical expertise and process-driven mindset ensure each build stays organized, accurate, and on track.

With a natural eye for style and detail, she brings a modern, timeless perspective to each project and helps ensure every touchpoint feels thoughtful, polished, and well-curated.

    Her focus is creative presentation, client account support, and bringing ideas together in a way that feels cohesive, elevated, and specific to each home.

    CLIENT RELATIONS & PROJECT DESIGN

    Sarah leads client relations with a focus on creating a clear, thoughtful, and personal experience from the first interaction forward. From website flow and marketing materials to selections, communication, and project details, she helps ensure every touchpoint feels intentional.
